Dr. Brian Herman

Dr. Brian was born in Kadoka, South Dakota. He attended the University of South Dakota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then received his Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Brian lives in Bloomer, WI and enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching sporting events, and spending time with his sons Dean and Ty. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association, The Wisconsin Optometric Association, and the Lion's Club.

Dr. Karen L. Herman

Dr. Karen was born and raised in Pittsville, WI. She graduated magna cum laude from Winona State University, Winona, MN, with a degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. She then attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. After graduating from ICO, Dr. Karen completed a residency in Primary Care and Ophthalmic Disease at the Illinois Eye Institute in Chicago, IL.

Dr. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian and her two boys, Dean and Ty. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wisconsin Optometric Association. She also likes scrapbooking and spending time outdoors.
